Creamy Pea Salad

Ingredients

4 cups Birds Eye® Baby Sweet Peas, cooked according to package directions

1 cup chopped red bell pepper

1/2 cup chopped red onion

1/3 cup light mayonnaise

1/3 cup light ranch dressing
Cooking Instructions
- Rinse peas under cold water to chill. Drain well and pour into a bowl.
- Add red pepper, red onion, mayonnaise and ranch dressing.
- Gently stir to combine and season with salt and pepper, if desired.
Kitchen Tips
Add crumbled bacon if desired. Makes a great side dish with grilled cheeseburgers.
