Greek-Style Grain Salad

- 1 bag (10 oz) Birds Eye Steamfresh® Multi Grain Blend with Spinach, Tomato & Onions, cooked according to package directions and cooled
- ¼ cup sliced black olives
- 1 jar (6 oz) marinated artichoke hearts , reserve dressing
- 3 tablespoons crumbled feta cheese
- Chopped tomato
- Toss prepared multi-grain blend with olives, artichokes, reserved artichoke dressing and feta cheese in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
- Cover and chill salad, if desired, for 1 hour before serving.
- Serve garnished with chopped tomato.
Serve this salad with sauteed scallops and prepared Birds Eye® Baby Mixed Beans & Carrots.
