Lemon Basil Vegetables

- 1 bag (12 oz) Birds Eye Steamfresh® Asparagus, Gold & White Corn, Baby Carrots, cooked according to package instructions
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 2 tablespoons pine nuts
- 1 tablespoon fresh basil, sliced thin
- Toss the cooked vegetables with olive oil, lemon zest, pine nuts and basil.
- Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
Serve with sauteed tilapia and prepared Birds Eye® Multi Grain Blend with Spinach, Tomatoes & Onions.
