Sauteed Buttery Peas with Lettuce & Mint

Ingredients

1 bag (14.4 oz) Birds Eye® Baby Sweet Peas, thawed

2 tablespoons butter

1 small head Bibb lettuce

1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint
Cooking Instructions
- Melt butter in a large non-stick skillet over MEDIUM-HIGH heat. Add peas and lettuce and cook until heated through, about 3 minutes. Stir in mint and season with salt and pepper before serving.

Serve with Birds Eye Veggie Studded Meatloaf and roasted sweet potato wedges.
