Sauteed Buttery Peas with Lettuce & Mint

Ingredients

  • 1 bag (14.4 oz) Birds Eye® Baby Sweet Peas, thawed
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 small head Bibb lettuce
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint

Cooking Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a large non-stick skillet over MEDIUM-HIGH heat. Add peas and lettuce and cook until heated through, about 3 minutes. Stir in mint and season with salt and pepper before serving.

 

Kitchen Tips

Serve with Birds Eye Veggie Studded Meatloaf and roasted sweet potato wedges.
