Shepherd's Secret Pie

Ingredients

1 bag (14.4 oz.) Birds Eye® Cauliflower Florets, cooked according to package directions

⅓ cup almond milk

1 tablespoon olive oil
-
2 cups Birds Eye® Broccoli, Corn & Peppers

1 ½ lbs. lean ground turkey

½ cup chicken stock
Cooking Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Place cooked cauliflower and almond milk in a food processor and blend until smooth. Add salt and pepper to taste and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large saucepan. Add broccoli, corn, and peppers and cook for 6 minutes,stirring occasionally, or until vegetables are soft.
- Add ground turkey and cook until the meat is no longer pink, but slightly browned.
- Add chicken stock and cook for 10 minutes.
- Pour turkey and vegetables into an oven safe baking dish. Carefully spread mashed cauliflower on top to cover.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until the cauliflower is golden brown.

Kids can help measure ingredients and spread the mashed cauliflower on top of the pie before baking.
