Antipasto Pasta Toss

Ingredients

  • 1 bag (12 oz) Birds Eye Steamfresh® Chef's Favorites Penne & Vegetables with Alfredo Sauce, cooked according to package directions
  • 1 jar (6 oz) quartered marinated artichoke hearts, reserve marinade
  • 2 cups fresh baby spinach
  • 1 medium tomato, chopped
  • 2 thin slices lean turkey breast, cut into strips
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Cooking Instructions

  1. Pour prepared Penne & Vegetables into a bowl; let cool slightly.
  2. Add artichoke hearts, reserved artichoke marinade, spinach, tomato, turkey and Parmesan cheese; stir well to combine.
  3. Season with salt and pepper, if desired.

Serve with sauteed shrimp and crusty french bread.
