Better for You Birds Eye Super Green Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp. avocado oil (or olive oil)
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 bag Birds Eye Steamfresh Asparagus Spears, cooked according to package directions, halved
  • 1 bag Birds Eye Steamfresh Selects Sweet Peas, cooked according to package directions
  • 1 bag Birds Eye Steamfresh Premium Broccoli Florets, cooked according to package directions
  • 1 can (15.5 oz.) chick peas, rinsed and drained

Directions

  1. In large bowl whisk avocado oil, olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  2. Add prepared vegetables and chick peas; toss to coat.
