  • 1 bag Birds Eye Steamfresh Superfood Blends Black Rice & Edamame, cooked according to package directions
  • 2 hard-cooked eggs, quartered
  • 4 cups butter lettuce or baby greens
  • 1 avocado, peeled, pitted and thinly sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 Tbsp. toasted sliced almonds
  • Your favorite vinaigrette dressing*

Directions
