Buffalo Chicken & Veggie Sliders

  • 1 lb. ground chicken
  • 1 bag (12 oz.) Birds Eye Steamfresh Selects Mixed Vegetables, cooked according to package directions and chopped
  • 1/2 cup plain dry whole wheat bread crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1Tbsp. cayenne pepper sauce
  • 12 whole wheat slider buns
  • Lettuce leaves and/or sliced tomatoes, (optional)


  1. Combine ground chicken with prepared Mixed Vegetables, bread crumbs, egg and cayenne pepper sauce. Form into 12 patties.
  2. Grill, broil or pan fry, 8 minutes, turning once or until chicken is thoroughly cooked. Serve on slider buns, with sliced tomatoes and lettuce.
