Classic Birds Eye Macaroni Salad

- 1 bag Birds Eye Steamfresh Selects Mixed Vegetables, cooked according to package directions and cooled
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped parsley
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1 box (16 oz.) elbow macaroni, cooked according to package directions and cooled
- In large bowl, blend mayonnaise, vinegar, red onion, parsley, salt and pepper.
- Stir in Classic Mixed Vegetables and macaroni.
- Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
