Mediterranean Pepper Hummus

- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 bag Birds Eye Recipe Ready Tri Color Pepper & Onion Blend
- 2 cans (15.5 oz. ea.) chickpeas, rinsed and drained
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 to 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 cup Wish-Bone Italian Dressing
- Heat oil over medium-high heat in medium nonstick skillet and cook Tri Color Pepper & Onion Blend, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes or until starting to brown; remove from heat.
- Place chickpeas, pepper mixture, garlic, lemon juice and Italian Dressing in food processor or blender. Process until smooth.
- Serve with assorted chips and breads.
