Quick Turkey & Superfood Vegetable Chili

Ingredients

1 bag Birds Eye® Superfood Blends Barley & Kale

1 Tbsp. olive oil

¼ cup chopped onion

1 lb. ground turkey

1 Tbsp. chili powder

1 can (28 oz.) diced tomatoes

¼ tsp. salt

1/8 tsp. ground black pepper


Directions

  1. Cook Superfood Blends according to package directions.
  2. Meanwhile heat oil in 3-quart saucepan and cook onion, stirring occasionally, 3 minutes or until tender.
  3. Add turkey and brown. Season with chili powder and cook 1 minute.
  4. Stir in tomatoes and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer 5 minutes. Add Superfood Blends, salt and pepper; heat through. If desired, serve with shredded cheddar cheese and corn bread.
