Antipasto Pasta Toss

- 1 bag Birds Eye Steamfresh Chef’s Favorites Lightly Sauced Penne & Vegetables & Alfredo Sauce, cooked according to package directions
- 1 jar (6 oz) quartered marinated artichoke hearts, reserve marinade
- 2 cups fresh baby spinach
- 1 medium tomato, chopped
- 2 thin slices lean turkey breast, cut into strips
- 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
- Pour prepared Penne & Vegetables into a bowl; let cool slightly.
- Add artichoke hearts, reserved artichoke marinade, spinach, tomato, salami and Parmesan cheese; stir well to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
