Simple Mixed Vegetable Saute

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 ounces fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/2 yellow onion, sliced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 bag (12 oz.) Birds Eye Steamfresh® Mixed Vegetables, cooked according to package directions
  • Grated Parmesan cheese

Cooking Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a 10-inch nonstick skillet over MEDIUM-HIGH heat. Add mushrooms, onions and garlic; cook, stirring occasionally, until starting to brown.
  2. Add prepared mixed vegetables and stir to combine. Pour into a bowl and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.
