Simple Mixed Vegetable Saute

- 2 tablespoons butter
- 4 ounces fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 yellow onion, sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 bag (12 oz.) Birds Eye Steamfresh® Mixed Vegetables, cooked according to package directions
- Grated Parmesan cheese
- Melt butter in a 10-inch nonstick skillet over MEDIUM-HIGH heat. Add mushrooms, onions and garlic; cook, stirring occasionally, until starting to brown.
- Add prepared mixed vegetables and stir to combine. Pour into a bowl and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.
Serve with beef roast and Birds Eye Mashed Garlic Cauliflower.
