2 slices Udi's® Multigrain Sandwich Bread

1/2 large avocado, pitted, peeled, and thinly sliced

1/8 teaspoon sea salt

1 hard-boiled egg, sliced

4 cherry tomatoes, halved

1 tablespoon crumbled blue cheese

2 tablespoons Birds Eye® Sweet Kernel Corn, cooked

1 tablespoon cooked bacon, crumbled

1/8 teaspoon cracked black pepper

Step one
Toast Udi’s® gluten free bread slices to desired doneness in toaster. While still warm. layer avocado slices on top each piece of toast and sprinkle with sea salt.

Step two
Arrange sliced egg, tomato, blue cheese and corn on top of avocado. Sprinkle avocado toast with crumbled bacon and freshly cracked pepper. Enjoy!
