  • 1/2 large avocado, pitted, peeled, and thinly sliced

  • 1/8 teaspoon sea salt

  • 1 hard-boiled egg, sliced

  • 4 cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 1 tablespoon crumbled blue cheese

  • 2 tablespoons Birds Eye® Sweet Kernel Corn, cooked

  • 1 tablespoon cooked bacon, crumbled

  • 1/8 teaspoon cracked black pepper

Directions

  • Step one

    Toast Udi’s® gluten free bread slices to desired doneness in toaster. While still warm. layer avocado slices on top each piece of toast and sprinkle with sea salt.

  • Step two
