1 pound frozen potato tots

1 pound ground beef (85% lean)

1 cup chopped onion

2 tablespoons butter

2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

1 cup chicken broth

1 cup milk

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1 bag (10 oz each) Birds Eye® Steamfresh Cut Green Beans

2 cups shredded pepper Jack or Cheddar cheese

Directions

Step one
Preheat oven to 425°F. Bake or air fry potato tots according to package directions.

Spray 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray. Brown ground beef with onion in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat, stirring frequently to break up the pieces. Drain the fat and return beef to pan. Add butter to skillet and stir until melted. Stir in flour and cook for about a minute.

Pour in chicken broth, milk, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and garlic powder and bring to a boil. Stir in frozen green beans. Reduce heat and simmer until thickened, about 10 minutes. Stir in 1 cup shredded cheese.

Pour beef mixture into baking dish. Top with cooked potato tots. Sprinkle with remaining 1 cup shredded cheese. Bake your cheesy potato tot casserole 10 minutes, until cheese is melted.
