8 ounces dry rotini pasta, uncooked

1 bag (10.8 oz each) Birds Eye® Steamfresh California Blend

3 cups shredded rotisserie chicken

6 slices cooked pork bacon, crumbled

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/2 cup milk
-
1/2 cup sour cream
-
1 pkg (1 oz each) dry ranch salad dressing and seasoning mix

1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese, divided

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, divided

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
-
1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Step one
Preheat oven to 400°F. Spray 9x13-inch casserole dish with cooking spray. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain. Microwave California blend according to package directions. If desired, pour vegetables out onto a cutting board and chop into smaller pieces.

Step two
Pour cooked pasta, cooked chicken, about half of the bacon, cooked vegetables, 1/2-cup Cheddar cheese, and 1/2-cup mozzarella cheese into a large bowl. Whisk together mayonnaise, milk, sour cream, ranch dressing mix, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper in a medium bowl. Pour sauce over pasta mixture and toss to coat.

Step three
Pour pasta mixture into casserole dish. Top with remaining cheese and reserved bacon. Bake until hot and cheese is lightly browned, 20 to 25 minutes. Serve your chicken bacon ranch casserole!
