1/4 cup water

1/4 cup reduced sodium soy sauce

2 tablespoons firmly packed light brown sugar

1 tablespoon natural rice vinegar

1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil

1 tablespoon cornstarch

2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger

2 teaspoons chopped garlic

1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes, 1/8 teaspoon

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

1 bag (32 oz each) Birds Eye® Deluxe Stir Fry Blend

Directions

Step one
Stir water, soy sauce, brown sugar, vinegar, cornstarch, sesame oil, ginger, garlic and red pepper flakes together in small bowl and set aside.

Step two
Heat oil in 12-inch non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.

Step three
Add stir-fry vegetables to skillet. Cover and cook 8 minutes, stirring occasionally. Uncover and cook 3 minutes, stirring frequently. Pour in sauce mixture.

Step four
Continue cooking until sauce thickens, about 2 minutes. Serve your vegetable stir-fry over rice or noodles, if desired.
