Ingredients

  • 1 bag (10.8 oz each) Birds Eye® Steamfresh Broccoli, Cauliflower, or California Blend (or about 3 cups from a larger bag)

  • vegetable oil (1 to 2 tablespoons)

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions

  • Step one

    Add vegetables, oil and salt to a large bowl and toss until evenly coated. Add about 1 tablespoon oil for a small bag of vegetables and up to 2 tablespoons for broccoli blends and larger amounts of vegetables.

  • Step two

    Place vegetables in a single layer in air fryer basket or on rack. Cook at 390°F for 10 to 20 minutes shaking or turning every 5 minutes during cooking until vegetables reach desired level of browning. Watch closely after the first 10 minutes. Season as desired and serve!
