Ingredients

1 bag (10 oz each) Birds Eye® Steamfresh Cut Green Beans

1/3 cup cider vinegar

1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

3 tablespoons granulated sugar

1-1/4 teaspoons kosher salt

1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

1 can (15 oz each) garbanzo beans, drained, rinsed

1 can (15 oz each) red kidney beans, drained, rinsed

1 cup halved grape or cherry tomatoes

1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion

2 tablespoons fresh Italian (flat-leaf) parsley

Directions

Step one
Microwave green beans according to package directions. Immediately pour cooked beans into a large bowl of ice water to cool quickly.

Step two
Whisk vinegar, olive oil, sugar, salt, and pepper together in small bowl. Stir green beans, garbanzo beans, kidney beans, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and parsley together in large bowl. Stir in vinegar mixture.

Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours. The beans will continue to soak up the dressing as it sits so stir it a few times and let it sit longer for better flavor. Serve your bean salad and enjoy!
