  • 10 ounces cherry tomatoes, quartered (about 2 cups)

  • 1/2 cup finely chopped red onion

  • 1/3 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

  • 2 tablespoons lime juice

  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce

  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

Directions
