Step one
Preheat oven to 425°F. Pour vegetables on baking sheet. Drizzle with oil, about 1 tablespoon for a small bag of vegetables and up to 2 tablespoons for a larger amount of vegetables. Season with salt and toss vegetables to coat.

Spread vegetables in single layer. Roast 18 to 20 minutes, until the first side is deeply browned. Turn vegetables and continue cooking until vegetables reach your desired level of browning, about 5 minutes. Season as desired and serve!
