Ingredients

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper

1 bag (15 oz each) Birds Eye® Teriyaki Stir Fry Veggies and Sauce

1 bag (10 oz each) Birds Eye® Original Riced Cauliflower OR Birds Eye® Steamfresh Long Grain White Rice

Directions

Step one
Heat vegetable oil in a large non-stick over medium high heat. Add chicken to skillet and cook until deep golden brown on first side, 4 to 5 minutes. Turn and continue cooking until chicken is cooked through (165°F), 4 to 5 minutes.

Step two
Remove chicken to a plate and keep warm. Reduce heat to medium and add stir fry vegetables to skillet. Cook according to package directions.

Step three
Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces. Add chicken to skillet with vegetables and sauce and stir well. Microwave rice or riced cauliflower according to package directions. Serve teriyaki chicken and stir fry vegetables over the rice of your choice.
