Ingredients

PAM® Ultimate No-Stick Cooking Spray

1/3 cup La Choy® Sweet and Sour Sauce

1 tablespoon La Choy® Soy Sauce

1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil

1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

1 pound boneless skinless chicken thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces

1 bag (10.8 oz each) Birds Eye® Steamfresh Broccoli Florets

2 bags (10 oz each) Birds Eye® Whole Grain Brown Rice

La Choy® Yum Yum Sauce

sliced green onion and crispy wonton strips, optional

Directions

Step one
Preheat oven to 450°F. Spray large rimmed baking sheet with cooking spray.

Step two
Stir together sweet and sour sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes in small bowl. Place chicken on baking sheet, pour about half of the sauce over and toss to coat. Bake 8 minutes.

Step three
Microwave broccoli according to package directions. Remove baking sheet from oven, add broccoli to pan, pour sauce over and toss to coat. Bake 5 to 8 minutes, until chicken is no longer pink in center.

Step four
Microwave frozen rice according to package directions. Divide rice into serving bowls. Top with chicken and broccoli. Drizzle chicken bowls with yum yum sauce and garnish green onions and wontons!
Tips
If desired, cook and drain 4 cups Birds Eye® Broccoli Florets in place of the Steamfresh Broccoli.
