Beer, Broccoli & Cheddar Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 bag Birds Eye Steamfresh Selects Broccoli Cuts, cooked according to package directions and chopped
  • 1/2 cup Wish-Bone Cheddar Bacon Dressing
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, cut into pieces and softened
  • 1/3 cup beer
  • 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Blend all ingredients in a large bowl. Turn into shallow casserole dish.
  3. Bake 20 minutes or until heated through.
  4. Serve hot with dippers, such as pretzels, assorted chips and crackers.
